R.S.V.P. Agency is owned and operated by Richard Verdon who has more than 40 years of experience in the glass industry. Richard is the former President as well as one of the founding members for the Canadian Glass Association (CGA), the national association representing glass professionals in Canada.

In addition to his volunteer work as the CGA President, Richard has been very active in the industry he serves sitting on several technical committees for various architectural and building glazing sectors. He is one of the founding members of the National Capital Glass Association, (NCGA) which has raised thousands of dollars for child charities in the Ottawa Valley.
